  9. This will be the company’s first hire in Brazil. The selected professional will be responsible for driving sales, managing the local operation, providing technical support to clients, and developing strategic distribution partnerships — with a strong focus on opening new markets and strengthening the existing customer base. The position reports directly to the Global Sales Director, and fluency in English communication is essential.

  11. Responsibilities
  12. Representing the company's interests as part of customer acquisition and customer support activities
  13. Negotiation skills according to general guidelines for key account managers
  14. Planning and implementation of strategic customer acquisitions
  15. Customer support planning and training following consultation with sales / technical department
  16. Executive work
  17. Sales of driven and static precision toolholders for CNC turning centers in Brazil
  18. Follow-up on sales leads and open quotations
  19. Identification of potential customers and execution of all preliminary work
  20. Support for sales partners, key accounts, and development of new business opportunities
  21. Transparent client advisory and resolution of technical issues
  22. Preparation and on-site presentation of tailored solutions to customers
  23. Communication of customer and market requirements to the company
  24. Monitoring of market trends and competitors
  25. Development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with relevant organizational units
  26. Creation and delivery of customized presentations to demonstrate company solutions, product overviews, and training sessions
  27. Responsible for presenting product offers, tracking proposals, and conducting commercial negotiations
  28. Preparation of order summaries in collaboration with the Sales Office
  29. Participation in local trade shows, company-organized exhibitions, and events hosted by key customers
  30. Follow-up on trade show contacts (prioritization, visits, outreach)
