- The HR Planning & Analytics Analyst is a corporate-level role responsible for leading the budget control processes for all HR-related projects across the organization. This position ensures accurate financial tracking, consolidated reporting, and effective coordination with Finance and project teams. The analyst will develop insights through data analysis, strengthen governance, and support strategic decision-making, contributing to the efficiency and financial discipline of the HR function across all business units.
- Requisitos
- Experience in HR analytics, HR planning, controlling, Finance, FP&A, or a similar role.Prior experience in corporate, multi-country, or project-driven environments is strongly preferred.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Paycom, BUK, etc.).Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).EnglishSpanish is a plusBenefícios
