11. Performance Management: Responsible for developing and managing the operation's performance.
12. Process Optimization: Work closely with managers to refine processes and implement best-practice guidelines.
13. Data Analysis: Analyze customer experience data, performance, and trends to develop strategies and best practices.
14. Compliance & Training: Review training data to ensure all products and processes align with Concentrix (CNX) principles.
